Shawn Blundell

Shawn Blundell is a partner in the Capital Markets, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Securities Groups. His practice focuses on complex capital markets transactions, domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate and commercial matters. Shawn has advised issuers and underwriters on a wide range of debt and equity financing transactions, including IPOs, secondary offerings, MJDS offerings, and both investment-grade and high-yield note offerings. He has worked across various industries including, technology, telecommunications, logistics, life sciences, energy, automotive, and financial services. In addition, Shawn has represented Canadian and U.S. corporations, as well as private equity funds on M&A transactions in sectors such as retail, technology, energy, hospitality, real estate, transportation, and manufacturing industries.
