Sunil A. Joneja

Sunil Joneja is a partner in the Banking and Finance group in Calgary. Sunil brings a practical and commercially-focused approach to his practice, helping clients navigate complex financing matters across a wide range of industries. His experience includes domestic and cross-border syndicated and bilateral debt financings, both secured and unsecured, with particular emphasis on asset-based lending, project finance, real estate and construction finance, acquisition finance, automotive dealership finance, note offerings, distressed lending and debt restructuring transactions. He works with a broad range of clients, including borrowers, banks and other financial institutions, as well as public and private companies. He also advises on derivatives transactions, including over-the-counter commodity, cross-currency and interest rate hedging arrangements.
