Tracey Cohen, QC, is a leading litigation and arbitration counsel in BC. Tracey is recognized for expertise in Corporate and Commercial Litigation, Securities Litigation and International and Commercial Arbitration and has repeatedly been recognized as one of Canada’s top 25 female litigators. She was appointed as Queen’s Counsel in 2015, admitted as a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers in 2019, and as a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America in 2020. Tracey has been noted for her ability to strategize the best approach for complex disputes; as “very strong in developing relationships”; and for understanding her clients’ business and objectives. Tracey’s breadth of practice includes class actions, oppression proceedings, derivative actions, privacy litigation, data breach, directors’ and officers’ liability, professional negligence, mining, tax, fraud, and securities (both civil and regulatory) matters. She works with law firms in the US to collaborate on cross-border litigation. Tracey has lectured and written on a variety of topics.
