Troy is a partner who practises in the areas of corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, private equity, and technology law at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP. He regularly advises private equity and venture capital firms, strategic investors, sovereign wealth funds, and high-growth and public technology companies. He has extensive experience in domestic and cross-border investments, negotiated transactions, and complex commercial arrangements relating to clean technology, information technology, wireless technology, financial services, apparel, consumer products, and retail. Troy is an adjunct professor in the Faculty of Law at the University of Victoria, teaching an advanced transactions course.
