ProAmpac chief strategy and legal officer Dan Norris, Mahindra Finance chief legal officer Ketaki Suklikar, and FIFA corporate legal head Edna Falla have joined Lex Mundi’s client advisory council.
They bring the council’s membership up to 10.
In addition to serving as chief strategy and legal officer, Norris is an executive vice president and chief legal and compliance officer at ProAmpac. Prior to joining ProAmpac, he was a director and shareholder at McLane Middleton, according to LinkedIn.
He obtained his degree at the Northeastern University School of Law.
Suklikar joined Mahindra Finance last year and is also a senior vice president. She was previously vice president and legal head of mergers and acquisitions at Mahindra Group.
She was general counsel, India at MF Advisors LLP in Mumbai. She also logged stints as India legal counsel at Acumen Fund and as senior associate at Wadia Ghandy & Co. She received her LLM in international commercial law from King’s College London.
Falla commenced with FIFA in July 2024 after 14 years with FedEx, where she was managing director and regional counsel. At FedEx, she managed all legal matter in FedEx Express’ direct market in the Andean region and South Cone; she also led regional projects and tackled matters involving regulatory, contracts, labour, and corporate law.
She was a senior associate on Brigard & Urrutia’s telecom, media, and technologies team. She received her LLM from Harvard Law School.

The council helps Lex Mundi with its strategic plan and initiatives and supports its thought leadership. It assists with the agenda for the Lex Mundi Annual General Counsel Summit and Global Roundtable Series; moreover, it guides Lex Mundi’s “Lex Mundi Forward” think tank initiative.
