Sarah is a partner with extensive experience in all aspects of environmental law, including strategic advice on the assessment of environmental and social risks and impacts, Indigenous matters, climate change, contaminated sites development and litigation and the permitting of infrastructure, energy and natural resource projects. She writes and speaks on environmental, energy and Indigenous law issues, including Indigenous engagement, renewable energy approvals and redevelopment of brownfields. Sarah is the past chair of the National Environmental, Energy and Resource Law Section of the CBA and the Environmental Law Section of the OBP. She is also Certified by The Law Society of Upper Canada as a Specialist in Environmental Law.
