Frontier Capital acquires Agreement Express

On May 4, 2018, Frontier Capital completed the acquisition of Agreement Express Inc. and its subsidiary corporations (AEX) through a plan of arrangement. The investment was made through Frontier Capital’s US$700 million Frontier Fund V. 

AEX is a Vancouver, BC-based provider of a software-as-a-service based end-to-end digital onboarding platform focused on enhancing the client experience for wealth management, payments, and insurance providers. The platform also allows financial institutions to design and execute automated onboarding experiences across their product offerings and channels while providing analytics that enable proactive and personalized client advice.
