H&R REIT completes $200M Senior Unsecured Debenture Offering

On July 28, 2015, H&R Real Estate Investment Trust (H&R REIT) completed a public offering of $200 million principal amount of floating rate Series K senior unsecured debentures due March 1, 2019.

On July 28, 2015, H&R Real Estate Investment Trust (H&R REIT) completed a public offering of $200 million principal amount of floating rate Series K senior unsecured debentures due March 1, 2019.

The debentures were offered for sale by way of a public offering through a syndicate of agents co-led by RBC Dominion Securities Inc., TD Securities Inc. and CIBC World Markets Inc., and including Scotia Capital Inc. and BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc. The net proceeds of the offering will be used by H&R REIT for the repayment of existing indebtedness and for general trust purposes.
