Suncor Energy Products Inc. acquires Chemtrade Logistics Inc.

Suncor Energy Products Inc. acquired Chemtrade Logistics Inc.'s sulphur recovery operations business in Montreal. The purchase price of the acquisition was approximately $120 million. The transaction was publicly announced on May 12, 2014.
