In November 2024, ATCO Renewables Ltd. and Forty Mile Granlea Wind LP reached financial close on the Forty Mile Wind project, a 200+ MW wind energy generation facility located in Alberta. The project financing was executed through a private placement note issuance. The project is expected to contribute significantly to Alberta’s renewable energy capacity, further supporting Canada’s transition to a low-carbon economy.
