Chris is chair of Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP’s National Financial Services Group and leads the firm’s Project Finance team in Toronto. He has extensive experience acting for domestic and international lenders, developers, and other participants on complex project financings in many Canadian jurisdictions. He has led major transactions in several industry sectors, including social infrastructure, transportation, and renewable energy. Chris has spoken and written extensively on matters relating to project finance and public-private partnerships, including developing two courses on public-private partnerships at the University of Toronto Faculty of Law, where he has been an adjunct faculty member since 2007.
