Foote Creek IV Windpower Generation Project

On May 11, 2000, Clarica Life Insurance Company completed its financing of the Foote Creek IV Windpower Generation Project located in Carbon County, Wyoming. The 16.8 megawatt facility is being developed by SeaWest Windpower, Inc. and is being constructed jointly by Mitsubishi Heavy Industries America, Inc. and SeaWest. Financial advisory services were provided to Clarica by Probyn & Company Inc.
