Imperial Capital Acquires Lise Watier Cosmétiques

On March 1, 2007, Imperial Capital Corporation, a Toronto-based private equity firm, acquired control of Lise Watier Cosmétiques Inc., a Montreal-based manufacturer and distributor of prestige health and beauty products. Kensington Capital participated in the transaction as co-investor. The purchase price for the transaction was not disclosed. Debt financing was provided by Bank of Montreal.
