Head of the Torys Project Finance practice and co-head of the Banking and Debt Finance Practice. Practice focuses on corporate project finance, with particular emphasis on infrastructure (P3), energy and mining. Has represented all of the principal parties on a variety of project finance transactions, including lenders, sponsors, equity investors, arrangers and underwriters, contractors, service providers and public authorities. Also has extensive experience in banking law and regularly advises lenders and borrowers in sophisticated international and domestic debt financing transactions.
