Christian Bolduc is a partner in Smart & Biggar’s Montréal office. He has practised in the field of intellectual property for over 20 years with a focus on trademark law. His experience covers all stages of the trademark life cycle –- primarily of procurement, management, enforcement and strategic counselling. Christian advises clients on commercial issues and transactions involving trademarks, including the negotiation and drafting of license agreements, international co-existence agreements, IP asset audits, and the preparation and implementation of due diligence investigations. He is listed in Euromoney's Expert Guides: Guide to the World's Leading Trademark Law Practitioners and Guide to the World's Leading Patent Law Practitioners, Who's Who Legal: Trademarks, Who's Who Legal: Canada, World Trademark Review 1000 and The Best Lawyers in Canada.
