He is particularly active in the technology, life sciences and retail sectors, where his combined business and scientific training allow him to quickly distill technical issues, navigate IP and information technology considerations, and align legal solutions with business objectives. Elliot coordinates the corporate practice in Davies’ Montreal office and serves on the firm’s Technology and Talent Management and Professional Development committees.
