Manoj Pundit is a securities and corporate partner with Borden Ladner Gervais LLP. He is also the national leader of the firm's Corporate Finance Group. Manoj regularly serves as lead counsel to issuers on domestic and international corporate and securities transactions and regulatory matters. His practice encompasses a wide range of sectors including tech/media/telecom, biotech/pharma and medical devices, fintech, financial services, natural resources, and manufacturing.
