Mark’s practice is focused on commercial real estate transactions in all asset classes including retail, office, industrial, and senior care facilities. The nature of the transactions are acquisition, disposition, development, leasing, lending, and borrowing (both acquisition and construction). He also has specialized experience in setting up and navigating complex co-ownership, partnership, and joint venture structures. Mark has expertise on transactions surrounding senior care facilities and has extensive experience representing buyers, sellers, and operators of both private and government-funded facilities. Secure Energy Services Inc. acquired Predator Midstream Ltd. for $107 million. The total purchase price was paid by $65 million in cash with the balance of $42 million paid through the issuance of common shares of Secure Energy.
