Group and the national Pensions & Benefits Group. Mark advises on all aspects of pension, benefits, and executive compensation law, including pension fund investments; plan governance and administration issues; stock option and other equity-based incentive plans; and corporate governance relating to executive compensation design and disclosure. His practice focuses on pensions and benefits and executive compensation issues in corporate transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, insolvencies, and reorganizations. Mark brings a unique perspective to his practice, informed by his previous experience as in-house counsel at the Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan, Canada’s largest single-occupation pension fund.
