CLOC amended its governance structure to align with the expansion. The president and CEO will lead the executive team, with Oyango Snell retaining leadership in this capacity effective January 1, 2026. The updated structure strengthens the partnership between the CLOC board and executive team.
Other members of board include Workday senior vice president and deputy general counsel Áine Lyons, who is the current president of CLOC. Intuitive senior director and head of legal operations Frances Pomposo is presently treasurer.
All members of CLOC’s board serve in a voluntary capacity. Last year, board members Farrah Pepper, Dan Yi, and Mike Haven vacated their seats.
In August, the CLOC held its Australia Summit in Sydney. The event addressed the evolving legal operations environment, career growth, generative artificial intelligence and emerging technology, and adaptability.
