Raj’s experience crosses industries and borders, and includes complex corporate reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, derivatives and resource tax. He is the principal tax adviser to many leading Canadian companies, which rely on him for practical and business-minded advice. Raj is the co-author of Taxation of Corporate Reorganizations and a frequent writer for the Canadian Tax Foundation, International Bar Association, International Tax Review, Ontario Bar Association, CCH’s International Tax and Tax Topics newsletters. He previously taught International Tax Law at the University of Western Ontario.
